The Gutierrez dairy farm has flourished over generations, with its primary market being the area surrounding Mexico City. The dairy is part of a cooperative that is the only dairy coop in the world exporting milk to the U.S. and Central America.
Starting with just 300 cows in the early days, the farm has now grown to 900 animals, surpassing the dreams of Gina Gutierrez's grandfather.
