What is the Global Farmer Roundtable?
The Global Farmer Roundtable is the flagship program of the Global Farmer Network, designed to identify and train the next generation of agricultural communicators. Since its inception, the program has graduated farmer leaders from more than 72 countries.
Participants receive world-class media and communications training, learning to craft compelling narratives about modern agriculture, engage with journalists and policymakers, and leverage digital platforms to amplify their message.
The program bridges the gap between the farm and the public, ensuring that the voices of those who feed the world are heard in the conversations that shape agricultural policy, technology adoption, and sustainability practices.

Agricultural Production
Active farmer in crop or livestock production, demonstrating innovative farming practices.
Leadership
Demonstrated leadership in your farming community, cooperative, or agricultural organization. Willing to advocate for farmer interests.
Communication
Enthusiastic about sharing your farming story with a broader audience.
Availability
Able to commit to 4-6 weeks of virtual sessions and a 5-day in-person program, including international travel.
