Gabriela Cruz, is a fifth-generation farmer that has managed the family farm for the last 33 years. She is an agronomist and has as MSc in Farm Management. She is an advocate for the use of modern tools for more precise and more sustainable agriculture and is an early adopter of conservation agriculture.

Jenny Holtermann, is farming almonds on a mid-sized fourth generation family farm in California. She serves as the Executive Director of Water Nonprofit. She regularly connects with elected officials to represent agriculture and amplify the farmer’s voice.
