V. Ravichandran is a farmer in India, growing greengrams as a summer pulse crop. To adapt to changing climate conditions, he has adopted new agronomy practices. With monsoon rains becoming more intense, Ravi now plants his greengrams on raised beds with furrows on either side, allowing excess rainwater to drain into the trenches. This simple change has helped protect and save his crop.
