The Global Farmer Network Roundtable and Communication Training program is underway. The June 24-28, 2024 program includes virtual sessions prior to, and following the in-person UK event. Training is led by farmers who are members of the Global Farmer Network.
The UK agenda includes: communication training; a Diplomacy Day including visits to the National Farmers Union and US Embassy; multiple roundtable discussions where agriculture’s challenges will be discussed; a farm visit and discussion with local farmers at Thrales End farm. On the final day of the Roundtable and Communication Training, the cohort will have the opportunity to tour Syngenta’s Jeallot’s Hill International Research Centre.
