Jose Joaquin Rosales runs a 1,200‑acre farm in Honduras that has been his family’s main business for over 40 years. Today, the diversified operation produces cassava, corn, beef cattle, and milk for local markets. Jose has also partnered with a local hydropower developer to build a small hydropower plant on the farm, blending agriculture with clean energy and long‑term sustainability.
