Guillermo Bretón is a fifth‑generation farmer from the Mexican highlands, known for his strong leadership in sustainable and regenerative agriculture. He produces barley for Heineken along with oats, triticale, maize, and forages, and also manages an Angus and Hereford cow‑calf operation.
