- Diana Lenzi -- is a farmer and a trained chef, and runs her family winery, Fattoria di Petroio, since 2008. She produces organic Chianti Classico and organic extra virgin olive oil. She markets these products to several countries, and relies on direct sales at the farm, where she also hosts tourists.
- Chandrashekhar Bhadsavle -- has farmed since 1976 and raised his farm to a must-visit site. This tourist destination integrates field crops, dairy, aquaculture, horticulture, and agro-forestry. He also advocates for the Saguna Rice Technique (SRT), which is conservation agriculture using zero-tillage.
